"First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock."

"We booked this because it had a great price for what we needed for a quick stay. The room was nice and clean. With nice clean bathroom and great wifi for those who need it. Was very pleased with it. The staff was really great and kind and they gave us our own parking so we didn't need to go find our own. Which was great. Would recommend even for longer stays."

"Small but absolutely beautiful room downtown with classic decor that made it feel like a guest room in an estate rather than a hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. We arrived after valet service had closed, but they took care of the car anyway. Walkable to food and shopping."
