"The staff and service are remarkable, they help us anytime we needed (booking a driver for the Great Wall, tickets and transportation in general). My unique observation is that the hotel is kinda old, and on one of the corners of the room had dust accumulated, also the strainer in the bathroom had bad smell, but with te extractor it was gone"
