"When asked about a local number to put on meituan the concierge did offer his personal number. It’s above and beyond, aside from that the staff at the counter greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcomed. The porch was grand, and so was the hotel lobby. Room was nice although the carpet was a little dirty. After visiting Conrad in Shanghai I do feel this is a much better hotel to be staying at! Thanks Conrad Beijing! Highly recommend! "

"Great location - close to the Forbidden City, restaurants, shopping, etc. Clean, spacious room. Big breakfast buffet with many options for different tastes. Staff was friendly and helpful, even organizing a taxi for me for my ride to the airport. It was nice to be able to enjoy an espresso in the lobby bar!"
