We were surprised at how spacious the room was. Nice view from the room, very friendly housekeeper. The surrounding area had all you need: public transportation, food, shopping etc… we will definitely come back again next time visiting Beijing.

We were very impressed with the facilities and service. Our kids loved the swimming pool! It was big, clean and well heated. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

It was a comfortable and nice hotel. Near to the metros. Was upgraded to a suite. Concierge is very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay. Not many shops or convenience stores around, but conveniently located 1 or 2 metro stops away from shops or stores.

Great value for money if you don't mind living a bit away from the city center. The executive room was great and comes with access to a nice lounge. Rooms are much nicer than the old classic hotels in the area. The service was excellent and our kid absolutely loved that items were delivered by a robot, he also got to feed the fish (thanks to Zhang Xin).

A great stay with one disappointment

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms in good condition. Great service as well. All the staff were kind and professional. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The only disappointment was the pool. It didn't open until noon and they charge extra. This was a big disappointment for us because that was a big part of why we choose the hotel and my kids were really looking forward to swimming. Also, the extra charge was not mentioned anywhere in the information about the hotel so it was a surprise - but we didn't end up paying because the pool was not open in the mornings. The disappointment does not take away from the other aspects of the hitel though so I'll still give 5 stars.
