"I think it is a new property and they haven't gotten it figured out yet. After a three night stay, key complaints:
- No soap or shampoo provided first night- dispensers were empty
- Hot pot, but no mug or glass to actually make any drinks the first night I stayed (I used my own travel mug). Later nights a cup appeared, but the instant coffee packet I had used was never replaced, nor was the tea bag even though I stayed several nights.
- Only one towel in the bathroom
- The only two pillows...

"Exceptional as always! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant and the chef really turned it on, great meal! A++ highly recommended"
"Perfect hotel m te verblijven op een zakenreis. Helaas is het restaurant niet meer beschikbaar alleen voor ontbijt. Maar binnen 1,6km lopen zijn er voldoende faciliteiten. "
"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ansonsten waren wir eher unzufrieden. Ich hatte für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Allerdings war für die Kids nichts vorbereitet. Es haben Bettdecken, Kissen und Handtücher gefehlt. Das Schlafsofa für die Kids mussten wir selber vorbereiten. Ich mußte mich mit einer Sofadecke zudecken, war sehr ungemütlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht. Viel zu viel bezahlt, nichmal werde ich da nix buchen."

"We only stayed for 1 night but bedroom was quiet and clean and the hotel "a bit different" from the usual city hotels (e.g how many hotels have provision for a guitar to be collected from reception for use in the room? A fun hotel with a higher level of security than most. "
