"Had two nights here, staff really friendly and helpful, room was good and beds were comfy, had a nice meal there. Only downside was the room was above the bar area so a little noisy and room 1 bathroom adjoined ours no 2, it was like they were in the room with us , singing in the bath and some poor person being sick "

"Short break over the weekend, nice quiet stay in a small village with restaurants, pub, take away and grocery shopping within walking distance via a slightly steep slope, but in no rush so can take it easy, easy reach with short drives for sightseeing and beaches, nice outside area for sunnier days. Definitely would stay again."

"Beautiful old farmhouse which has been tastefully decorated set in lovely gardens with plenty of outdoor seating. The room was well equipped with no need to ask for anything. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of coffee & tea making choices available. A treat (cake or biscuits) was left daily in the room. "Deborah and Ian welcomed us on arrival and we were served a cream tea. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal location to travel around Bodmin/Cornwall. "

"Such a beautiful place to stay. The views from the farm are spectacular. The location Is a little remote but really close to the bigger towns. We were visiting for a wedding in Wadebridge. Had no issues getting a taxi to and from the venue back to the farm. Our room was spacious & immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The host Jenny was a delight and her cooked breakfasts each morning were quite special. We will definitely be going back. "

"Absolutely lovely experience, so much history and fun to the place, my only complaint was some of the food was cold and the amount of dogs which decided to fight was a little bit much. Staff lovely though especially the one on reception."
