"We were unable to sleep in our room due to the restaurant blower fan blowing so loud. Staff came to room to advise us it would be off by 9pm. Unfortunately it shut down at 10 pm and it woke us up at 6am. Little to no sleep at all. Very sad experience for us"

"We enjoyed staying at the Sandman. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We went down to the pool for breakfast but didn’t eat. The food did not look appetizing unless you wanted cold cereal. The eggs and sausage looks like it was microwaved. We thought it was great idea to have breakfast at the pool but it was very disappointing. But the room and location was great!"

"Nice hotel. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was no non-dairy milk for breakfast. 2. No elevator. We chose a 2nd floor room and the front desk did not let us know about no elevator until I asked after we were about to go to room. The clerk should have anticipated that two 80+ seniors would not want to lug suitcases up steps."
