Pet friendly Hotels in Bocoyna, Chihuahua

"We wanted to love the place but unfortunately did not. This was not a good experience at all. The hotel is not as presented in the pictures. The person who was up at the desk the majority of my stay was rude and had an attitude all the time. We show up to our rooms & rooms were not even fully clean. We asked for a remote control for our room tv and had to remind them several times on different occasions and every time it was “we will put one in there” then I’d return at the end of the day to no controller. This was just not what we expected. The only positive thing was the food was decently good. "
