"Staff is terrible "

"The staff was extremely friendly and when I mentioned it was my birthday that weekend I came back to my room and there was cake and champagne on the bed. They were hospitable. The drinks were tasty. The food was good and different everyday. They grilled on the beach which was good too"

"It’s in a nice beachfront location. The back is not a good view. One of the owners was very rude. We barely had any sleep because of the noise."

"The hotel and staff was great. However, when I arrived at the airport 11pm in the night, the driver wasn't there for the agreed time, it was raining, I don't speak spanish (the country main language) so I was left a bit stranded. The hotel staff was helpful but only for the ways they stand to benefit, their recommendations was the most expensive way out. My stay there was overall a great one. The breakfast was so delicious especially the juices."
