"It was an amazing trip especially, my stay at the hotel. I would say, this has been one the most accommodating hotels I’ve visited. From the front desk, to the back house , everyone was exceptionally amazing ! To the managers, staff and stockholders- you are all doing an amazing job. Front desk- Teresita, Johann, Suleidys, Wendy and the rest of the team were always very professional and acknowledging of my needs. Housekeeping: Wendy & Altagracia were very helpful. Bellman- Nathanael, Delvis, Danilo & Swami were always attentive to my needs and willing to assist at all times. This was truly “ Service with a smile !” Kitchen/buffet : Kimbarly, Miguel, Jose, Nelson, Natasha- Amazing food ! Great job with the presentation, a wide variety of options and the seasoning 100% I fell at home! Servers- Yerlenys, Rosami, Ashley and the entire crew I met were always so happy and provided top service . Spa: Rosanna & Bernadetta : great service and ambiance! Esthetically pleasing and worth the visit! Security: Mateo & Miguel- made me feel very safe and thank you for your help and protective. I had an exceptional time during my stay - I recommend if you made it this far ,to visit without a doubt! Truly “ Service with a smile.”"

"This hotel is located on a great beach with fine white sand. There were plastic table and chairs but no sun loungers. They put me in a ground floor room and when I asked for a second floor room they said there were none available which I doubt. I was the only person at breakfast which was tasty. There was a huge dead cockroach in the hall outside my room in the morning. The pool was rather small and didn't look appealing at all. The biggest detractor was the blaring music which went all day from morning to night."

"I arrived on a late flight and the host was communicative on arrival. Less than 10 minutes to the airport. I had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close. The space is clean, spacious, has all needed amenities, hot water and a very comfortable bed."

"Este lugar es mi escape favorito, me encanta la gente de allí es como sentirse en casa. Muy acogedor un ambiente de paz, la vista la limpieza el buen trato de cada una de las personas de allí. Me encanta vuelvo cada vez que puedo. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados no se arrepentirán."
