"This is a love motel and should not be part of the Expedia experience. Dead cockroaches on the floor, people screaming, reeking of cigarettes and no sheets on the bed. I did pay for insurance and they would not give me my money back had to file a claim now with Expedia. "

"Não ter secador de cabelo no quarto para mim foi o ponto péssimo da estadia, imaginei que então era apenas solicitar na recepção e levar para o quarto, mas não, tivemos que descer e secar o cabelo no banheiro da recepção pois tem UM secador no hotel e o mesmo está preso na parede do banheiro de uso coletivo na recepção do hotel. Eu já tinha me hospedado no Master da Alberto Bins que é maravilhoso, mas esse da cidade baixa é incomparável, nem água tinha no frigobar do quarto. "
