"We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. The area was really smart and had a real village feel, with loads of good restaurants all around. If we return to Bergamo we would definitely stay in the same place."

"The entire stay at Locanda Mimmo was excellent. Wonderful welcome, the children loved practicing their Italian and chatting with the staff. The apartment was perfect, clean, well laid out with very comfy beds! The view from the kitchen window was worth the steps up to the apartment. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, this was a fantastic experience. The Sommelier’s knowledge of wine was exquisite and a fabulous performance to see as he danced through the wines with such grace. Food was fantastic. Breakfast was also lovely and the children left suitably stuffed with cakes We will return. Grazie Mille. "

"We had our room upgraded on arrival. Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Had a little balcony with a lovely view of the city and mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying there. "

"Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice. "
