"We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay."

"Excessive processes, bar codes, marketing. Reminded of airport check in. Targeting the corporate market. Spa area great. Bar/grill noisy, TVs, music, so lively if that't was you want."

"Nice easy check in. Clean rooms and plenty of parking, which was free at the weekends. My only issue is that breakfast was served from 7.30am and not 6.30am (as stated on hotels.com) so I was unable to have breakfast before leaving. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so was very disappointed that I had paid for a service I could not use."

"One night overnight stay for work. Very small room but did the job. No on site restaurant for dinner but there’s a nandos etc a couple of minutes walk away. I was disappointed to be shown to my room on the very top floor for the man who escorted me not to ask if I needed help with my bags - this wasn’t a great first impression. The free breakfast is very basic - just croissants and fruit but cute little cafe."
