"For as much as I paid for a night at this place, I would expect a cleaner room, clean vents, etc. You can tell that the detailed cleaning was lacking (stains of the wall, dirty door knobs, old hair in shower. The floor we stayed on ..the hallways smelled like there was a recent flood/water damage."

"The staff were great. Loved the breakfast selection and everything was always full. The front desk did exceptionally well and we very inviting. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge. Great service great staff. The room was clean. The only thing that needed a little work was the shower and the toilet that did not have enough pressure to flush well. We will be back even if it is just a get away trip."

"Clean room. Didn’t see much staff. Front desk was monitored from a back room with no one present at concierge desk. Breakfast was adequate. I figured out how to get a good cup of coffee on day 3 (one expresso and one coffee—directions would be helpful, and if there needs better placement."
