"We were visiting family and friends over the weekend of 12/12 to 12/14 when the winter storm came through. First, check in was great! Desk attendant was friendly and professional, the lobby was warm and welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to see a full service restaurant. Not only do the offer a breakfast buffet and menu service (at a separate cost), the serve breakfast until 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends - perfect for the non-business travelers who want a leisurely morning.
The night the storm came in, we had brought our 3 year old granddaughter to stay with us. The indoor pool was clean and perfect size. She had a ball and swam her heart out.
When it was time for dinner, the chef was unable to make it in. But, the amazing bartender and manager rolled up their sleeves to feed and provide the much needed “cocktails” to their stranded guests. Super impressive!!
Can’t say enough good things about this Hilton Garden - that Sunday morning was still pretty treacherous and the chef was not able to get to work. Once again, those who were able to make it, prepared meals and served everyone like family. Due to the delays, the front desk staff allowed a late check out at no additional cost and, once again, most accommodating and super friendly!
The room was a great size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the mini bar area with coffee maker and mini fridge were super convenient.
Would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure traveling."
