"First room we checked in toilet wouldnt flush , then was offer to just switch room and the covers on one of the bed look like they were never cleaned and staff is not very friendly and check out was at 11 am the manager was tryan to gain access to room at 10:30 never again very horrible experience ."

"Friendly reception staff, great room (comfy beds, large space, great bathroom), breakfast did the job (plenty of drink options, enough food variety without being over the top), overall good stay, would reccomend!"

"I stayed at this hotel in November and it was a decent & quiet stay for what I paid. The breakfast selection wasn’t not ideal but I got decent rest. I went to book it again for this month and accidentally booked it for 3/1 (when you pick your date on hotels.com and browse other hotels it doesn’t hold your original date selection, and I didn’t catch it until after I received the confirmation email). Hotels.com and I have both tried to call the hotel repeated times to correct the booking as I still was interested in staying. It’s been 24 hours of me calling and hotels.com calling with no answer. We both have also messaged the hotel through the Hotels.com app with no answer either. I’m now going to cancel my corrected stay for March and stay at another hotel in the area seeing as this simple issue couldn’t be resolved. So don’t pick this place if you think you’ll have issues, because they do not care. "

"I booked a Jr Suite. Upon arrival I was asked if I needed the accessible room and I told them not really just needed the king size bed. They put me in a smaller room at the SAME RATE as the Jr Suite. I told them if I had know that I would have kept my booking as is. The beds were hard. I normally do not stay at Hiltons because they are pricey so this was a huge let down. I feel like I could have rented at Motel 6 for half the price for what we got. The saving grace was San Juana. I told her what had happened and she was able to move us to a Jr Suite and offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast. She wasn't rude, very professional and kind. SAN JUANA you deserve a raise!"
