Nice hotel good food friendly staff special mention for Floyd in the resteraunt lovely guy nothing was to much trouble always greeted with a smile and a friendly word. Only one small complaint was with the room we could not open the window it was stuck shut we asked at reception if something could be done to open the window nothing was done just for the record it was room 225 date of stay 16th till 20th march weather was good would have been nice to open the window as the room was stuffy
