"We get there and there's no key code for the key box because someone lost a key and reception wouldn't give us a key. Had to wait u til someone answered the phone at the number provided. When we finally got it unlocked we couldn't lock the door again. No sheets. No pillow cases. Not even toilet paper. No mention that we had to bring our own."

Blackpool Football Club Stadium Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals
8/10 Good
"room was fab and could see the Tower especially at night. Happy to look at the football stadium - however very noisy as people working on maintaining it - sat and sunday. Bar staff and breakfast staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. One of the Receptionists not very helpful especially as had a bit of trouble with the parking. Beware -
I was very upset at how nonchalent she was with regard to the issue and no help at all."
"Staff very friendly and helpful, comfy bed, clean and tidy rooms, bins emptied every day, refreshed tea and coffee every day, good selection on breakfast and excellent service by Una x"
"Immaculate room, they need to start monitoring the breakfast area and make sure it stays in the designated area, not pleasant seeing squashed sausages, tomato sauce on seating area by main doors as well as toast teodswn in hand carpet, some guests are disgusting"
"Excellent Hotel under recent new ownership. We stopped here in june 2026, the double room had all the amenities and was very clean. The staff were all polite and helpful in anything you wanted. The new owners deserve all the success with their new business. Booked up for next month, looking forward to returning regards Steve M."
