"Very clean room, great complimentary breakfast!"

"I had to change room three times. Stain on carpet, lock wouldn’t work on 1st floor. Manager said she would refund if I booked through them. I called Expedia and they said we will get her to refund. They gave me bogus points to stay another night with their properties. I haven’t seen points and I was very tired and frustrated packing up twice to keep moving. "

"The room looked decently clean but the smell was terrible. Maybe carpet is too old/ dirty/ wet? I don't know but it was so bad that we had to open the balcony door mostly all the time. The common areas were very clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast options are the same since two years ago (scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread/ bagel slices, sausage, orange juice and coffee, i saw a couple of cereal options. All my family and friends always stay at Ramada because the location is convenient to get to Meredith College and NC State Univ. Parking lot is big enough. Safe place to stay with the family."

"Restroom reeked of urine. Multiple long hairs found in the bathroom, and one on the bedroom door. Stagnant musky smell from the AC unit. I'd rather park in the parking lot and sleep in my car. At least now I know to avoid this chain at all cost."

"Room was fair - half of tv had gray coloring, lighting in the room was poor, toilet paper was rough, terrible yellow lighting in bathroom that made room very hot, pillows very uncomfortable, could not connect to wifi, parking across the street was INSANELY expensive, no clock in the room, front desk not helpful with food recommnendations, etc. Jimmy V's food was good but they were out of most alcoholic drinks, some food options, ran low on glasses... area did NOT feel safe at night when walking around. Price high for only a decent hotel. Very disappointing. Coffee bar had bad coffee also."

"The staff was helpful and friendly, the bathroom door wouldn't shut in our room. It may have been because it was graduation weekend, but it was overpriced for what you get. If the price is usually lower, I would recommend staying if you're working. I wouldn't recommend for"
