I come there to relax for a whole day because that’s what I pay for and yet I can’t get my room until 4 PM and I have to give it up at 10 AM the next day. You have a family oriented resort there check-in should be 1 o’clock at the latest and check out should be 11 or 12."

"We couldn't get into the hot tub because it was full. There was renovation going on and I hope that they decide to add another one. The bartender out by the pool was an absolute jerk. He should not be working with the public."

"We stay here every year on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. For $256 for one room… I expect it to be clean and well maintained. We were very upset with the cleanliness of our room this year. There was copious amounts of hair in the bathroom including the shower. The floors were needing some serious attention or replacement. Traveling with adults and children, one with special needs, it’s not easy to pack up and move rooms. For the price, we expected better. Staff was kind and tried to compensate with breakfast. $9 breakfast won’t fix the uneasiness of unclean rooms for such a steep price."
