"Clean room. Bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in room, 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no plastic glasses, had to get toilet paper from front desk because there was 1/4 roll in room. Good price for location, but do not expect much. "

"The floor was wet when we arrived. Freshly mopped we hoped. But the condensation gathered on the ceiling and dripped onto the floor the beg our belongings the entire stay making the floor very slippery and dirty. The water collected on the ceiling was brown like the room might have been previously a smoking room. The sheets felt gritty like sand was in them. The pool looked clean and inviting. Very friendly staff."

"Check in was exceptional. Bri was polite and friendly; she knew how to greet us and help us get acclimated with the property. However, the upgrade I purchased was not good. The room was clean and updated well. But there was a loud mechanical noise coming from the wall that would come on and off periodically through the night. Because we were there for one night I did not make a big deal about it. At checkout and breakfast the staff was kind and polite with assisting us with getting a credit back for the upgrade and a shuttle for our next destination. In end, for what I needed and wanted for a one night, this location was good."

"We stayed here before our Royal Caribbean International cruise and definitely appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service. The port was only about five minutes away, which made embarkation day really easy and stress-free. The hotel itself could use some updating, and there were a few little things throughout the property that made it feel a bit dated. That said, it worked perfectly fine for a one-night stay before the cruise. One feature we did like was the front entrance and stairwell layout; there’s a nice stairwell right near the entrance that makes it easy to get to the second floor and back into the main lobby area. The staff was very helpful, polite and courteous. There was also a nice breakfast that my family enjoyed. We didn’t have a chance to check out the pool, but overall the stay was convenient and comfortable enough for a quick overnight. I wouldn’t necessarily stay here again, but it definitely wasn’t terrible. There’s also a sister hotel right in front of it where we had dinner, and that property felt much newer and nicer overall."

"Great place to sleep the night before cruising out of port Canaveral!! We had an easy check-in! Lady at front desk was very nice! Room was clean! No soap in room (hand ) or (body) although it’s not a hotel it’s an extended stay. So remember your essentials!! We would stay here again!! "
