"We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!"

Long story short at Aqua Blue came through because Expedia could not. I highly recommend Aqua Blue and DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND USING Expedia.
