"Cradle Mountain Hotel was excellent. All of the staff - reception, food/bar, dining, cleaners, housekeeping was amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. They would always greet us warmly every time we passed by them. Our room was spotless, warm and very comfortable. Thank you for the $10 voucher off our drinks each day) we had chosen to go green and no have our bedding and towels replaced). The breakfast was fantastic- fresh produce and a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again next year. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay."

"I have stayed at this accommodation twice now in both the family style joining rooms and the executive suite. Both times have well and truly met our requirements. I wish the staff were a little more open to conversation rather than short abrupt answers to questions which can come off as rude. I do believe the staff genuinely want to help no matter how short their responses are. I will definitely stay again."
