"The room was clean, and front desk staff was extremely friendly. The only minus was the breakfast staff that said in a tone that was pushy and said they were closing soon . I replied there is still 30 minutes left before the end of ‘breakfast’ and that is plenty of time. ( it was a continental breakfast, breads and drinks only, self serve)."

A big thank you to the staff who assisted us on checkout day. She was alert and fast to show us the tip of Mt Fuji when it miraculously appeared before we left as we couldn’t catch the view during the 2 days stay due to rain and cloudy condition."
