But the lifts are so stupidly slow, to the point you get crowds queuing , check in was a 30 min queue and dinner was being run by two staff across to areas who were horribly over worked. "There was a beer can in the bin and a sweet wrapper on the bedside table. Although we paid £550 for two nights if we wanted to use the spa it was a further £15/person for one hour! The property and rooms were lovely but I feel for the price a few tweaks are needed!"
