Very good location and spacious house.

very good location, spacious house , the garden lawn needs a bit of attention. Enjoyed the inside house due to wet weather.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The landlord has customer service but some of them are professional but some of them are not quite helpful. It is our first time to meet BED BUG, so we cannot discover at early stage to report. But there's no follow up from Landlord after whole week before I leave. One of the customer service even want to claim the pest control fee which is non-sense, but finally got confirmed with another good customer service that will not charge us. However, it was a painful experience our three people got bite by BED BUG over two weeks. And I was through Expedia to book this accommodation. Finally, for whole progress, Expedia had not reply my concern up to today which I was complained over 2 weeks already! It's very very disappoint Expedia don't reply to me. Don't suggest to use Expedia in this bad experience I never met.
