Overall for the price paid this is a decent place to stay. Easy walk into town and ample parking for an additional £5 for 24 hours. Room was clean and the bathroom was recently fitted with a good shower. Mattress was well used and found ourselves rolling into the middle and having to clamber back to the sides haha. But as I said, for the money a really good place to stay and I would recommend.

The room was better than expected. Pretty sure the hotel is an ex travelodge and still has remnants of that. Mattress was cheap and not the best for comfort. Better mattresses would be the hotels best way to improve reviews. Reception staff were very unwelcoming and abrupt. Not a good introduction to new guests at the hotel

Lady on reception was a bit grumpy when we checked in , maybe because I couldn’t remember my car registration but it’s not as if it was busy. The night porter couldn’t have been nicer and we loved the fact that we could have a nightcap in the bar after a great night out in Wolverhampton

I enjoy staying at Redwing lodge, staff are always very friendly. I like the fact there's no rush to drink up if you come back late from a night out and fancy a pint . Also breakfast is enough for everyone taste
