A lovely cosy welcoming hotel. Our room was lovely. Bed was comfy. Plenty of sockets. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice . The overhead shower was great, however the other shower head was not good, hardly any water flowing out of the shower head. I went to open the window in the bedroom and when I opened the shutter alk around the window was full of cobwebs. There was hardly any sugar or milk in the room. there is a little jug you can take to bar to fill up with milk but after a busy tiring day didn't want to face the stairs again. On the whole we had lovely stay over and would stay again.

Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated throughout with cosy sitting areas with a log fire and plenty of dining space. Good selection of delicious food. Spacious bedroom with king bed. Bathroom a bit small. Bar staff attentive and plenty of parking. Would definitely return.

Lovely building out in the countryside, but with good access to surrounding areas. Large rooms, good decor, comfy bed (with the freshest sheets I have ever smelt) and good shower. Good food with great service from the front of house team. Will choose Himley again whenever I am next in the area.
