"Staff was courteous and professional for the most part. Housekeeping needs improvement. Table was filthy. We had to wipe it down. Floors were dirty. There were pieces of what looked like chunks of paper all over. Pieces of dark colored lint all over the sheets. No bath towels. Only 2 or 3 tissues in the box. A BIG disappointment for almost $400 for the night. When we checked out and the clerk asked how our stay was, I told him about the issues. The response I received was a very nonchalant "Oh, I'm very sorry to hear that." Must be saying that a lot lately."
