Cycling trip

Second stay for cycling, Afriadi organising the logistics along with Ade are good team and solution providers at the lobby. The breakfast open at 4 am was appreciated and the breakfast team was very friendly.

The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing.

Nice break at Bintan

Big Room size and comfortable bed. Breakfast provided. Air Con is very cold. After adjusting fan speed and increasing the temperature did not help. Stayed for a night so did not raise it to management for assistance Prefer to have soft fabric bedroom slipper instead of hard rubber ones.

The roof top restaurant was closed for event for the 2 days of my stay , rather disppointed ! The housekeeper did not sweep the floor after make up room , can see dirt all around . Never provide a connecting room for us say is fully book but during the 2 days I hardly see more than 10 paxs .

Ordinary stay for a 4-star hotel

The hotel looked novice in their approach specially for booking. After booking with the credit card details, they kept on asking me for the card to charge me. This was ridiculous. Second, wi-fi signal was pathetic and moreover they limited it to only 2 device per room. People travelling with kids need to take note of this, whether you want or sacrifice the wi-fi for the kids. Third, breakfast buffet was very minimal and difficult to make choices out of the limited options.

The fitness studio was small and the machines are not very stable. Otherwise, the entertainment room was a nice place to enjoy your spare time in. The hotel room was cozy and I really love it!

Good stay with few glutches

We booked a twin room with extra bedding. Oberall the stay was good. The room and linen were clean. Few issues we faced: 1. Not many things to do around the hotel 2. Breakfast options were not too great 3. There is a free shuttle to Nirvana resort which we took but the return shuttle the staff never came and eventually we were stranded at the resort. Thankfully Nirvana resort's staff dropped us back for free ( This was the biggest let down in the overall stay).

Disappointing.

Booked a smoking room on hotels.com only to check in with hotel saying all rooms are non smoking. Balcony wasn't furnished and not ideal for smoking too when it is pouring. Free wifi is horrid. Best joke, bottle openers are not available and must call housekeeping whenever you needed a bottle opened. Last time here.

Spend more days so that you may able to explore there sister hotel. Spa is good and everywhere and there is free 2 way trip, better enjoy it on daytime.

Nice and relatively new hotel with grand lobby, comfortable room also if you intend to just chill in room. Hotel itself did not have much facilities. It was a short walk to the beach; and not much arnd also. Plaza Lagoi beside has only a few eateries and a couple shops. We requested for massage which was a 10min drive out offsite. Not a resort feeling unlike others in Bintan. Overall the whole experience at hotel itself was great, staff were very friendly and helpful and contacted us for transport arrangement before the trip!

Great hotel with good staff.

Very good rooms with balcony. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus to Nirvana gardens resort and you can avail all facilities of Nirwana group. Lake and beach nearby. Would stay again.

Nice hotel within 5 minutes walk to beach

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Grand Lagoi. Surrounding environment very relaxing and staff so polite. Walking to the beach was about less than 5 minutes and the sand is so fine and clean. Sea was lovely clear water and calm. .

Not your kind of staycation.

Nothing much to do. Everything there is mostly overpriced. Breakfast buffet choices are limited and their lagoi plaza are mostly empty. Paid for the beach view I guess. Wouldn't wanna go there again.

Its a decent hotel, but nothing amazing. Will not

The good thing about the hotel is the shuttle service from the ferry and being near the lake and beach. The infinity pool is nice, but is quite small, and will not be comfortable accommodating more than 15 ppl. The hotel overcharges for the mangrove tour as well. Toilet bowl was making leaking noises through the night. And one of our showerheads didnt work too. The garden view is just some brown grass. The breakfast is crazy expensive for 1 additional person!! 300,000 rupiah thats 30sgd. It is definitely not worth it.
