"Brand new hotel, great rooms. Very good staff. Location is ok, but not central for anything touristy or restaurants etc. The two restaurants aren't open yet and won't be until next year. The breakfast buffet was ok. The room service menu was decent and ran all night, however the recipes and ingredients seemed to change depending on which chef was on. The rooftop pool looked a bit dirty and needs a clean on the surrounding walls. Also the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly during our stay. All in all the hotel has great potential, just need to make a few tweaks."

You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice atmosphere. It felt much more personal than staying at a typical hotel. I’d absolutely stay here again if I return to Ninh Binh and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
