"The place was dirty and disgusting ..I took pics of the sludge down walls in entryway where trash sat outside the barrel for the 2 days we were there.. didn't even want to touch the doors to get upstairs to my room.. wouldn't dare walk barefoot in the room... we actually checked for bedbugs because the place was dirty..so embarrassed to have to bring my mom here but couldn't get refunded.. just trying to get a receipt was a chore.. they acted like I was a nuance because THEY couldn't understand english!!."

"When we arrived we had already been charged for the stay which was told to me bye your front desk upon arrival I did appreciate this secondly I didn’t receive my choice points.The TV didn’t work . The person at the front said that he would be up to fix it and never showed up. There was hair all over the bath room so we bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom the second night one of our beds weren’t made and there was blood on the others sheets so we had to go down to the front desk to get new sheets and change the sheets out ourselves the third night one bed again wasn’t made and the dirty towels were left the manager said that she would refund us 150 but she returned anything Me and my guest left very unsatisfied"

"It’s clear the owners take pride in maintaining the property, as everything was clean and well kept. The lobby in particular was very clean and had a fresh scent. The hotel is in a great location, with several dining options nearby. It’s also especially convenient for visiting nearby colleges, and we appreciated being able to avoid heavy traffic when leaving. Overall, a well-located and well-maintained place to stay."

"The hotel was very nice, big rooms and friendly staff. The pool and gym are in an attached building, and the pool is saltwater. I think it is the nicest pool I have ever been in. It is closed during aquatics classes for the health club, but this did not impact us. There is also a hot tub and sauna (in the locker room). Dinner at the bar was also good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant, although the full service restaurant didn't appear to be open. Overall a great stay."
