"Negative: no night stand lamp, swimmable beach only at high tide, no swimming pool, no bar, no mini market/snacks avail to purchase
Positives: restaurant is like home, great food, friendly/ helpful staff, great ocean view, nice open patio restaurant, right across the street from the entrance to Kawasan Falls, drinks (including beer) & ice cream selection available, canyoneering company located at hotel, filtered water available at restaurant, all rooms on ground floor, clean room
