"We were double booked and could not stay at our original booked destination, which took very long to find due to no signs at all. There were 3 of us that had a booked and they moved us to there secondary place which was unfit for 3 men with only a double and a single bed together. The place was in terrible condition for what we paid. We ended up finding another place to stay at and have not not been contacted to be refunded after a formal letter was sent out.
