They do have a fold out suitable for 1 adult outside master bedroom. Better for children really. Also available blow up mattresses which there is room for in the house. Ideally suited for 3 couples (6 adults) or families. "

"Absolutely beautiful accommodation! It appeared that there were only a few rooms which made it very quiet. The property is was gorgeous, rooms were clean, spacious with everything we needed. It gave a very Tuscan style with beautiful views and kangaroos around. It was about a 2 min drive to Hunter valley gardens and Harrigans pub, making it a great location. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The room was specious and with a private terrace facing the grounds. Clean, silent and well furnished. Only light by the mirror was not for makeup. Small towels for a luxurious hotel. Pool area had no “adult only time”. Too many noisy children and ignorant parents. Staff were friendly and supportive. "
