"We will not be booking this hotel ever again. After a long day, we arrived at the hotel for someone to have given our room to someone else, UNDER MY NAME/PAYMENT. I decided it wasn’t that big of a deal because it didnt look super clean anyway, so a refund was much better. I will say that the two workers at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. "

"The property was very nice. The beds slept very well and I loved the pillows. The toilet was a good height, I didn’t feel like I was sitting on the floor. It was good to have a safe in the room. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The restaurants had good food. It’s nice to have so many choices that you don’t really have to leave the resort. I wish the room had a microwave and a chair with ottoman. The desk chair was broken and it couldn’t be raised. The desk lamp didn’t work. Overall I would come back."

"We stay at the Hard Rock pretty much every time we come to Biloxi. We love having all of the food options so close and the pool is really great for the kids. The only negative is the shower portion of the bathrooms need a good update. The door doesn’t always close properly and it looks dated compared to the rest of the room. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and always clean. "
