"Very nice and big flat in a very live street, 3rd floor with no lift but not a showstopper. Very close to the sea and have very good access yo public transport and taxis. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and entertainment are within 2-5 min walking distance. The host is very nice and cooperative."

"Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!"

"Very good for the price. A little out of the city centre but not too far. The lady who owns the hotel is very friendly. The room could be slightly cleaner, but for what they're charging it represents excellent value."

"This hotel is outstanding. We stayed for 9 days and cannot fault anything about the staff or facilities. From the moment we stepped in the door we were welcomed by friendly and professional staff. Orkhan checked us in and provided all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Javid in the Executive Lounge, tended to our needs and looked after us throughout our stay. His polite and pleasant manner made us feel welcome and relaxed. We checked out with Ramil, a trainee, who gave us a hassle free check out and ensured we had transport to the airport. The breakfast staff were exceptional and the standard of food was exquisite. Catering for all diets and taste. Absolutely recommend this hotel and Baku for a relaxing holiday. Thank you."

"We had a relaxing and comfy experience of staying at Amazon hotel Baku recently. All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs. Building and furnishings of the hotel need some looking after but staff tried to help in every way in their capacity. City's attractions can all be easily reached by a short taxi ride or about 30 min walk. Its located in a quite area and has all the amenities like gym, swimming pool etc for a relaxing experience. A 24 hour super market is located about 100 meter from it. Breakfast service was very average and needs a huge improvement. "
