"Muy buena experiencia! Excelente ubicación … súper cerca de casco viejo. Solo tengan en cuenta que hay yea la comunicación con el lobby is mínima. Nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el check out pero al final no hubo nadie en el front desk. Después de esto, súper recomendado"

Occidental Bilbao
"There were cigarette butts all along the outside of our floor’s windows. The toilet (held up by the wall) was very unsteady and would creak upon sitting. The beds are on wheels so move around as there is no rug or carpet. Delicious food though!"
