"I never received any confirmation emails about my stay. I couldn't find any record of the reservation. I searched and it didn't show up. No one could find record of it. So I assumed it was cancelled because no correspondence was sent, such as a know before you go. I was still charged even though there was no record anymore of my reservation and I am still disputing the charge."

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure"

"I have never left a bad review anywhere and was trying to send a message directly to the staff but its pushing me here. We accidentally screwed up the dates, I was gone from my room working all day and evening and came back late to find out they had packed (terribly) up all my things and vacated the room without ever calling or checking in. They lost my phone and computer charger in doing so. Came back late to find someone else in "My room". They obviously had other room available and I then had to book another night. Was a MASSIVE pain in my travels, had to order and have new chargers sent / delivered late night so I could even charge my phone so I could have an alarm for my early morning flight and boarding pass. I was a simple mistake that could have been easily resolved with a phone call. That was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room and hotel was totally fine, I had actually been complementing it for the cost to friends earlier that day. But sadly them removing all my things from the room and jamming all my things into the bag was such a mess. I even had a suit pressed for a wedding and it was all just jammed into bags and was a terrible mess. Very very unfortunate. Have never left a bad review anywhere but that was a terrible experience especially when I had to be up in just 6 hours to catch a flight."

"The stay was great! Very clean, very cute, and the staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the $50 incidental fee was supposed to be returned to my card and never was. I called the next week, and they said I would need to call during certain hours to talk with a manager. Gonna be honest, I didn't get that done. We are in the midst of graduation season, and a super busy time at work, and I didn't find at time to call that was convenient. That was frustrating, so check your invoice for the return of the incidental. Other than that, I have no complaints!"
