"I paid to Expedia for one night including tax & fee and I was charged by hotel !!? I asked about charges, at time of check out! I was told charge wifi and shuttle transportation?! I told them I did not use hotel internet service I have my on internet and WiFi by Verison company and I used uber for transportation,? Expedia has to explain to me , I will send legal complaint to city , state and federal government, I won’t use Expedia any more if you won’t resolve these issue,"

"This property is located in a great location and walking distance to a lot of the shops, restaurants and attractions. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were very friendly and they allowed us to store our luggage once we checked out since our flight was later in the day. Hotel located a 15mins uber ride to Universal/Warner brothers studio and Ubers were easy to get. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
