However, hefty resort & daily parking fees plus the applicable taxes for these are a significant extra cost ( 2 days of these were >$123). There’s no complimentary breakfast. Sugarloaf Key Hotel at KOA Resort
We enjoyed our 3 days stay at Sugarloaf and having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. The property has access to a mini beach where you can just relax after a long day out. Old Wooden Bridge Resort and Marina
Hosts were very communicative with check in as we arrived later than the office hours. The house boat is simple - nothing fancy. We did have a few ants. But otherwise, all was ok.
