"There was an issue with our original reserved room, but front desk was up front about it and got us into another room with no hassle, even offered us a late check out. However on the day of the late checkout, there was no record of us being allowed to stay later which caused some misunderstanding with the current person at the front desk. It was resolved positively, but not before causing some stress. Breakfast offerings would have been much better if the trays were refilled, but what they did...
