"When I arrived and there wasn’t a restaurant , I was upset and knew I would give a poor rating…..however…the staff was amazing, from the front desk how worked together so my room would be next to my sister’s room, all the to the great staff at their ‘bistro’. The room was great. Not much of a view our the back, but we had everything we needed. I actually would book it again."

"The room was very clean, spacious, and good amenities. The large refrigerator, range top (single burner), microwave, and kitchen sink were great. The one thing I had a problem with was the ergonomics. We ended up in an accessible room, and there was no soap dish or any other place to put shampoo or any other shower necessities. There was only one small towel bar, so no real place for the towels. Other than that, the room was great! we definitely had room to move around!"

"Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Continental breakfast was great, and staffed with helpful employees making sure nothing ran out assisting when neeeded. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!"

"Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. The only thing was a little bad was the smell of cigarettes and the people next to me was noisy pass midnight. The place is close to airport. And there is places around to eat."

"My friend and I booked this room when we were snowed in in Tampa and could not get home. The room was nice and spacious for 2 people. It was very clean, beds comfortable and hot shower hot :) The staff was terrific. We enjoyed our short stay."
