"The place was fine. We chose it for the free airport shuttle, but on arrival there was a problem with the phone system, apparently, and we couldn’t order a shuttle. We flagged down a different shuttle service and they got us there. At departure there was no shuttle early enough for our flight. So next time I will look for 24hr shuttle."

"I had booked weeks before knowing it would be busy in Tampa during spring break. When I arrived, we were told the hotel had overbooked and there was no room. Staff was overwhelmed and did nothing to help find alternate accommodations. Industry standard is to walk guests to another hotel but there were not able to locate another hotel for us. Ultimately I asked if we could sleep in the lobby and we were told no. We had to leave with nowhere to go. We did get a refund of our money but no other compensation was offered."

"Our room was dirty. There was candy on the floor and feminine wrappers in the bathroom. There was also someone else’s glasses hanging on the picture frame. Along with a hot tub that didn’t work and we specifically booked it for the hot tub. But they didn’t indicate that ahead of reservations."

"First off, they gave me an actual key, told me not to lose it, only one they have. My room door was right next to the ice machine, there was no door handle, it was replaced with a pull knob. The heat didn't work (it was 40deg that night) I was told to get a blanket from the front desk. The hotel had to be evacuated because someone threw a lot cigarette out. They waited until the hotel was full of smoke and the alarm finally went off, this was after I spoke w the front desk who assured me they had taken care of it, nothing to worry about. There was no door knob inside my room, just the dead bolt to grab to open the door. The room did not smell that great either. The water barely warmed up, so I didn't use the shower. My room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy. "

"The stay was awful. First off, I was charged $550 for the stay after another hotel had failed to hold my reservation. There were bugs everywhere. There was blood stain on the bathroom floor and more blood stains on the bed sheets. We had to change our flight to leave our first thing in the morning because we could not sleep in there. It was a terrible experience."

"This is a terrible motel to select, even for one night. It is noisy, unclean and unsafe. I would not EVER rent a room from this place again. Rent at your own risk.."
