The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection
Love this place everything on point just thought it didn't make sense to at least have a bartender on a Sunday night for the guests. The place was sold out. I saw every single parking spot full in the morning.

Sessions Retreat & Hotel

Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge At Big Bear Lake by IHG
This place is literally falling apart. No screens on the windows, paint peeling, you can see through the side of the door when locked and closed. No air conditioning.
