"This was a great property and I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. A short walk to the train station and Brunswick boasts many great cafes that are close by. (And a supermarket very close too). Only downside was the online link to get the digital access key. The staff (virtual) at Rambla were extremely helpful and I was given clear instructions on where to get a physical key/fob. (So much easier for me). "

"I liked the closeness to the airport, clean and modern restaurant. Very cLean bedroom, comfortable bed and nice shower. The checkout staff (day shift receptionist) and restaurant was very polite and friendly. The checkin was not a good experience: I checked in at midnight. I paid the room in full online when I booked it, and at check in he (night shift receptionist) charged me an extra $100 bond ….just in case I incurred in any additional expenses? And if I didn’t made any extra expenses it would take 1 week for the money to be returned to my account! When I walked over to my room the hall way was filled with plates from 3 rooms. It stank of leftover food. The next morning when I got up at 9am the plates were still there. When I was in my room after checking in, I called reception to ask about the breakfast buffet… I had another question and he hanged up so quickly I couldn’t ask. So I called back again 3 times and no response. Nice hotel but the night shift staff is unprofessional and unkind. "

"Wonderful stay for 2 nights before we headed overseas. Great location, easy access from the airport including a free shuttle bus service. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant. Rooms were delightful with comfortable bed "
