"This was the most unfriendly hotel I've ever been to. When you come in to the lobby you are greeted by a sign that says we will not rent rooms to locals. I asked why. Just out of curiosity. And I was told that some people come in and they have dirty fingernails and such. And since they are independently owned, they do not have to rent rooms to people like that because people like that trash rooms. They also said sometimes homeless people want to rent a room and they're not going to do that. When you get in the room you are greeted by a sign that tells you how much you have to pay for any damages. For example, if you damage a washcloth, you have to pay $10. Sheets, towels, bedspread, everything is listed out as to how much you will be charged. It does not define what damage is like to a washcloth. Then this morning when I went to take my shower there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and told him there was no hot water and they treated me like I was a criminal which goes along with all the signs. They said that there was hot water in the lobby so I should have hot water in my room. I checked out and there was no adjustment for the fact that I couldn't take a shower or shave before I went to the courthouse where I looked like a very sloppy attorney. They did not care one bit. And after I had explained that I need to take a shower I need to shave, he said sorry. Have a good day. Very sarcastically. Won't ever say here again"
