"Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. Joseph was very attentive and awesome host, we were late for breakfast on the last day but he kindly accommodated us, the food was awesome,...

"Had a fantastic one-night stay, traveling with a friend on our motorcycle tour around Wales. Good parking for the bikes at the back of the guest house. fresh ground coffee on arrival. Lots of TV stations in the room. Had the best breakfast on our trip here. They even filled our flaskes when we left. Would reccomend."

The room was very comfortable, the whole property was clean to a very high standard and the hosts were good at communicating with guests. Also had a lovely self-service breakfast. Loved the skylights in the room, the en-suite bathroom and the generous tea/coffee options. Very hospitable. Would love to stay here again in the future. 🙂"
