"This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is an incredible location, easy access to/from airport (LGA) and subway (Grand Central).
Hotel is very comfortable, clean, and quiet.
Rooms are bigger than other NYC rooms.

"The staff was amazing! The room service ladies on our floor (9) were amazing & super sweet! The conceirge was super nice and accommodating! Especially the man working on Thursday night. The beds were super comfy but the pillows need some work. The only down fall for me was the long line to check in and the wait for the elevators!!! The elevator situation is a mess!! I would stay there again for the location, but hope the renovations are complete.."

Everything is in walking distance including food, transportation, and major tourist attractions which include 5TH Ave, Time Square, Central Park, St. Patrick Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall and Rockefella Center. The air conditioning kept me cool. The bed was comfortable and the restrooms and showers were cleaned and I didn’t have any trouble utilizing them when needed. The elevators worked and the hotel staff were amazing. Plus the cost is very affordable and reasonable and, yes, I definitely would stay there again the next time I’m in town. "
