"Loved the way we were greeted by staff, coffee machine is the bomb and the room was very nice - pull out couch did not have a blanket tho. "

"Worst experience ever. The hallway stinks from the cigarettes and we had a non-smoking room. We heard a man going in an out of the exit door all night. The door was so loud and we couldn't sleep. The toilet is broken and the shower was clogged. Stay away from this hotel."

"Dead insect in bathtub, the shower gel was not refilled before we got there, we asked front seat for a noon check out. At 11:10am, despite do not disturb sign, an employee came knocking on both doors (we had 2 rooms) and insisted our checkout time was 11. She left only after we told her to go confirm with the front desk"

"The manager was helpful called her earlier in the week to change something and it was done when I checked in .. love this hotel only stay there when I come to Wilmington at least once a month, everything is always good."

"Upon check in the card reader for credit/debit cards was reading decline. I contacted my bank in front of the clerk and the bank confirmed the money was pulled. I tried my card 3 more times and it still came back declined. Nonetheless a back up card took care of the hotel stay despite me being charged with my bank that I have to no dispute. There were noisy guest below me and beside me. I’m a BX girl so I’m use to all kind of noises and traffic. First off these people were outside their room at 4am yelling, talking loud and laughing as if they were only ones staying at the hotel. I called the front desk and about 20 minutes later the noise stopped."

"The staff was kind of rough with attitude like he was doing us a favor . The interior safety latch door lock was broken. In the shower they got soap dispenser with no soap , the bathroom door lock needs to be adjusted or replaced The room smells got cigarette smell we have to buy an air freshener to try to blend the smell. I’ll will think twice about staying again in this hotel"
